remote location of this great historic hotel was a bonus. the property was set in a lovely area. i enjoyed the queen room with the heating, comfortable bed, for example. the staff were all affable and the breakfast was sensational with ingredients taken from the farm and sausages, for instance.

Perfect and tranquil location in a quiet area, near a farm, and Sheffield gardens. Lovely and excellent breakfast with ingredients taken from the farm, sausages, bacon - well worth the money. - Very amiable and efficient staff, wake-up service, and ironing free of charge.
